Besides that there's something else that you can do.
1. organize meetings.Whether it will be live meetings (if you are from the same area),or online meetings (if you are from different countries or continents).When organizing meetings,then it's chance for all your affiliates to meet others from your downline (or even upline).When people interact among themselves they feel more "secure",greater feeling of togetherness and eventually more happy and satisfied.
2. organize so called "webinars".It actually online seminars.Invite all your downline members at a certain time (say,Sunday evening when most people are free,at 7 p.m.).Connect online and discuss subjects and/or issues with SFI.Share your opinions and experiences.Let the new members ask questions and give answers to them.What I've said for meetings applies here too.
3. make your own forum or website.The place where your team can see how you're working and what you're working.And place where you can also interact with them (like forum).
4. encourage them to contact you anytime they feel necessary.When they know you are available for them (almost) anytime,then it will make stronger connections among you.
However,even with all your efforts,you can not provide attention literally to each of the members of your team.Nor you have to.You'll need more then superhuman abilities for it.
...but that's why you'll have your team leaders (or future team leaders).They will "monitor" your downline or at least part of it.That's good both for you and for them - you can't actually babysit them forever,they need to get experienced too.And to become what you have become already (platinum team leader,as I see).
