- In relation to PSA, CSA: talk with each one individually,contact them,explain how SFI works,give them the courage to improve their activity in SFI, help them to achieve their goals, suggest a strategy of working for them until they will be able to make their strategy, be understanding, engages in various conversations to reach your goal of having a good team, try to treat them all equally, to understand that some people are faster and others slower, be a good listener when problems arise and support them when they need you.
- The results of your work and your team have a very important role in achieving your goal, you have a mission that you must follow, you must be a model for your team.
