Many times we ourselves do not know how to be succssful at SFI or we become too focused on the amount of recruits we get. Quality of affiliates is more important than quantity. Develop a relationship with them by asking them important questions. The workers will respond and the curious observers will not. The cold hard fact is that over 95% of people in this business will quit. For this reason, having an action plan for new team members to help them achieve some success early on is HUGE. This means teach your team how to generate affiliate sales or win auctions. The process of teaching your down line is called duplication; duplication creates residual income. To build up residual income, you will need to create a strong team, and you do that by teaching people how to duplicate the success you have created.
Leaders receive many monetary benefits. We join to make money not lose money. Here are some of the ways that leaders make money.
Executive Affiliate, EA2s, qualify to receive commissions from the the purchases made by CSAs, cosponsored SFI affiliates.
Earnings Example: An order is placed by one of the co-sponsored SFI affiliates (CSA) that has $28 CV. The affiliate earns a $4.20 Co-Sponsor Commission (15% of $28).
These are ways to obtain Co-Sponsored Affiliates. Each month, thousands of Co-Sponsored Affiliates are forfeited and need a new co-sponsor. Leaders lose their CSAs by not earning 1,500 versa points per month. • When an affiliate becomes an EA2, two CSAs are given to him or her. Team leaders qualify to receive hundreds of CSAs per month. Bronze Team Leaders receive one share, Silver Team Leaders receive two shares, Gold Team Leaders receive three shares Platinum Team Leaders receive 4 shares of the forfeited CSAs. There are the other ways to get more CSAs: win them in the Daily Grand contest, price bender auctions and daily entrepreneur365 finalist drawings.
The job of an EA2 sponsor is to help encourage the active involvement of the CSAs. There are many inactive affiliates so there is no guarantee of earning a commission from each co-sponsored affiliates. It takes time to earn money online. The best way to get others to follow in your down line is through teaching and being a good example.
4. Versa Point Matching
This stream of income is only available for Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum Team Leaders, who have remained an Executive Affiliate for two months. Also these team leaders only earn versa matching points from their EA2s.

How to share in the pool:
For each Versa Point (VP) an affiliate accumulates during the month, an affiliate will receive one share of the month's pool. The more VPs an affiliate scores, the more an affiliate will earn from the Triple Clicks Executive Pool! It's that simple. Note that VPs can be earned for doing a wide variety of actions (see VP Ledger for complete list of point earning actions).
Become a Team Leader to tap into the Triple Clicks Executive Pool:
A. As a Bronze Team Leader, an affiliate will receive matching VPs on all EA2s in his or her down line within 6 levels (including CSAs).
B. As a Silver Team Leader, an affiliate will receive matching VPs on all EA2s in the down line within 8 levels (including CSAs).
C. As a Gold Team Leader, an affilate will receive matching VP on all EA2s in the down line within 10 levels (including CSAs).
D. As a Platinum Team Leader, an affiliate will receive matching VP on all EA2s in the down line within 12 levels (including CSAs).
This is an example of how to earn with Versa Point Matching Pool:
You are an STL. The EA2s in your first 8 levels account for a total of 57,500 VP this month, so YOU earn a matching 57,500 shares of the Triple Clicks Executive Pool.
5. T Credits
The fourth stream of income involves collecting T credits each time an affiliate remains active as an executive affiliate. A single T credit is worth $1.99. T credits can be used to purchase merchandise, play games or post items for sale at Triple Clicks. As part of SFI's compensation an affiliate can receive up to 20 T Credits FREE every month!
• Receive 10 T credits if you're an EA2
• Receive 12 T credits if you're a Bronze Team Leader
• Receive 14 T credits if you're a Silver Team Leader
