People often procrastinate because they fear the unknown. Without a clear path they will not follow. This is where one must exhibit a talent of communicating vision.
Many years ago my dentist moved me to floss everyday. He spoke in a graphic way to the point I was seeing pictures in my minds eye. This is called vision. If one does not have vision they will not move in the desired direction.
When one visits the SFI Affiliate Center Home Page they will often freeze because they have ventured upon unfamiliar territory. They must be exposed to SFI numerous time before it becomes familiar to them.
Having action without vision you'll just be passing the time away. Nothing of any value will ever get done because the vision to grow and overcome isn't there.
Start giving your team the vision it needs to move on turning their dreams into reality or stay poor.
