With the numbers of months i have spent so far in SFI business, I believe becoming a Team Leader is as important as joining SFI in the first place.

I believe one of the SFI goals is to train all her affiliates into becoming a leader in any business, which is why SFI has to start it in he business.

Also to measure your success, the number of team leader you have in your team has to be considered, it shows you have been successful in the area of duplication. Becoming EA is just to ensure your payment but becoming a TL is a sign of growth in your team.

Talking about your income as a Team Leader you earn more per the number of TL in your team. You earn upto 20TC per month, shares of CSAs, and you get a Matching VP upto your 12th generation.

So its important to ensure team members become TL and this makes you too a leader of leaders. Like Mr Gery would always say "Aim High and Dream Big". Cheers
