Hi,Natalie,your question is an interesting one,of which we as team leaders should reflect upon our role,to be an example to our downline,to be supportive, to be helpful when needed ,to be a guide and to show them the way forward,but to get the PSAs commitment as a consequence is for them ,themselves to make this special effort to do so,with SFI step by step training,remember Natalie,you can take the animal to the water but you cannot make them drink,all by their own accord.Do be patient and keep supporting and HELPING,as we all here to do the same.Happy new year.
