My solution to get new PSAs to commit to SFI would be to help guide them if they allow me to be their coach.Once a new Affiliate logs in and score their 1st Versapoints, I begin my process. This is the beginning and it is important to get them started correctly.
It is also crucial that you communicate to them effectively. Here is an example of what I would say.....

We noticed that you have started working your Versapoint Ledger which qualifies you to be on the team and this is the key to becoming successful in SFI. Being a newbie , there is a lot to learn and sometimes you can and will get overwhelmed with so much information. Gaining knowledge and learning will be a continuos process in this business and it is never ending. We want to help guide you in the right direction, get you on target and be on the right road to success.What we suggest is to read, study, stay focused , have fun , learn how to score as many points as you can each month and do the things that will get the right results.The Versapoint Program is designed to guarantee everyone a success in SFI and there is no way to get around or avoid it. A lot of Affiliates still don't comprehend or continue to miss this as they struggle to work their business while trying to be effective. Most of the people that are on our Active Team seem to know how to avoid this pitfall.
When you log in your SFI Home Page and work your Red Tabs each day, you will gain 11pts. At the end of the month, you will achieve 330 pts to apply toward your monthly 1500 VP goal to maintain EA Status. We call it being on the 11/30 Plan and since this is the 3rd day of the month, you are off to a great start and could be up running smoothly if you acquire the discipline to do it!
As you work this plan each month and start to build your Active Team of PSAs and CSAs , you should teach them to do the same. This will help you grow your business and build a huge monthly residual income in SFI. Our business is not a quick get rich , but it is sound, reliable, and stable.
DECIDE.....COMMIT... JUST DO IT!

If they stay on your Active Team a few months and tie into the system , they will start committing to SFI. Results is what you want, especially if they maintain EA2 status and move up to Team Leader.
