Every individual that are members of SFI have different goals and motivation. The most important thing is to help individual to achieve their goal and keep them motivated. The upline team leader need to be able to identify the business goals of their team member in this context PSAs and support them to achieve such goals. Although this could be very challenging as level of engagement of SFI members are different . But once the PSA is stable , they will be able to commit for a long term.
