I do not understand what means these questions, PSAs are us, we are looking for a program we could earn money by use of which, everybody enters to a business for profit, we can not lie to our PSAs, we can not cheat them.
Please be honest with yourself, who earned at SFI more than what she/he spent at it?
SFI is very good and powerful program if and only if they increase the earning of an EA, for example i earned 1700 VP last month, for that i will have $0.7. This exchanging rate should be increased to at least $7(ten times), to gain more and more workers. Something like this could commit PSAs to SFI and caused them to staying and working for years.
