Good leadership skills are essential to the process of duplication which ultimately results in LEVERAGE and business growth in SFI!
Quite simply you cannot have one without the other, and don't let anyone tell you any differently.
How on earth is your team going to have the foggiest idea of how to duplicate your business system and develop competence in a range of necessary skills that will support their success if they don't have effective leadership?
Below are three very important questions we need to consider when thinking about how good leadership skills apply to our SFI business:
• What does it take to be a good role model for your team and therefore a highly effective leader in SFI - what kind of person should you become?
• As a leader, what do you need to be able to do in your business on a day to day basis in order to demonstrate good leadership skills and be confident in undertaking the leadership competencies that are important for business?
• How do you go about developing good leadership skills and accessing leadership skill development programs that are relevant to your business?
In order to answer this question we need to define leadership!
L E A D E R S H I P = A leader is one who, KNOWS the way, GOES the way, and SHOWS the way
You need to become a leader who:
• Personally demonstrates competence in necessary knowledge and skills
• Applies the relevant knowledge and skills to your business on a daily basis, and
• Sets an example for your team by establishing a culture of skill development and competence
