I have found that the less amount of information the better. I like to refer them to look it over and ask me questions. This way we can start building a team bond. Also it allows me the opportunity to make a new friend.
If you post all the information and ways to earn here at SFI you will find that it overwhelms people. They get lost and are not sure where to start. I always refer those who start to spend the first 30 days really getting to know the business they have signed into. Learning from the Launch pad and our team support helps.
I try to hit the key reasons someone may want to start their own business through SFI:
* Be Their Own Boss
* Add an Additional Income
* Work on Their Own Schedule
* Work from Home
* Work from your tablet or smartphone anywhere
* Spend more time with the family
etc...
Hitting the key area's of what someone wants and then teaching them how to get their seems to help in my advertising.
