Unfortunately, I have found no way of getting PSAs to commit to SFI, nor CSAs for that matter. Their commitment can only come by way of wanting to commit to this business. Try as we may, if they aren't ready to work the business on a daily basis, understand that to achieve success takes time, effort and patience on their part, and that SFI is, indeed, a real business, we'll simply have to put up with their inactivity for as long as it takes them to.
You, me and all other SFI business owners, Natalee, must do the things that are within our control - like setting the example for them to follow. Our Leadership Page will show just how committed we are. Keep learning and striving. Stay with it and, in time, you will receive the "fruits" of your labor. They may even see it too.
