I think the best way to get new PSAs to commit to SFI is to show them how much you are committed to SFI and your team as well. So the key is to lead by example. Show them how much you love your business. Tell them the story about your success or how SFI changed your life for the better. Encourage them and praise them each step of the way and always bare in mind that the first steps are the hardest. Reward them for their success, commitment and loyalty. Always be optimistic, because optimism is contagious.
Still, don't feel bad or discouraged if it doesn't work all the time. Some PSAs won't commit to SFI no matter what you do and this is not your fault. Some affiliates just don't understand how well constructed program SFI is. There is nothing you can do about it.
But, in my opinion, being positive and leading by example is your best shot.
