You are one person. You can only help one person at a time. If you teach 5 people to do what you do, then you can help 6 people at a time. If they each teach 5 people to do what you do, then... I think you can see my point. Leadership is a thing that you must teach to your recruits, as most of society seems to be about following. Seek for the 5 that you can teach to lead, and then use them to help you build your business.
