Before going directly to the question, I’d like to emphasize the importance of understanding and putting DUPLICATION in practice.
As we know, teaching new affiliates to follow your steps, i.e., duplicating yourself, is the key to maximize your income and make your earn big in SFI. According to the SFI Glossary, “If you can achieve a high degree of ‘duplication’ in your organization, you can ‘be in a hundred places at one time’ and able to grow your business rapidly through the efforts of others”.
That said, I tell you that the BEST way to start thinking in DUPLICATION is building a solid and acknowledged profile. New PSAs want to feel safe in their sponsor’s hands and, somehow, they want to “taste” success beforehand. Through a multiple-badge, highest rank possible profile, we can cause these feelings and impress our affiliates – that’s what we call “LEADING BY EXAMPLE”.
And THAT’S THE POINT! If you want your PSAs to take SFI seriously, and show Passion and Commitment, Be The First to show that you are also doing your best, and not only that you BELIEVE SFI, but that you are really committed to Success.
One more thing that I consider Essential to Succeed in Upgrading your PSAs is GOOD and FREQUENT COMMUNICATION! Nowadays, there are so many channels to do so. Choose the ones you consider the best, and keep information flowing.
In my opinion, that’s it Natalee – LEAD your PSAs BY EXAMPLE and don’t give up COMMUNICATING with them at least once a week to mentor them appropriately!
