New PSA's have already committed to SFI, they just need motivation and encouragement from their leaders to work it. We need to help them get started in the right direction so they do not get overwhelmed and leave.
In the past few days I have spoken to some members of mine whom have come back, they usually do when they realize they are not finding anything as good as SFI on the internet. Now they are working it, and I have committed to helping them. They are rather very grateful as we must remember they have their own reasons for leaving, I would say most of it is overwhelmed with so much to learn and read.
I reassure them they must do a lot of reading and not to be overwhelmed as it will take a few months before it finally registers that they are doing it. And that I am here for them to lead the way, just follow my lead.
