Many of the newer current SFI affiliates do NOT understand why only 1 to 3 % of new PSAs stay active after 3 months (my understanding of the probable real SFI statistics in the 17 years that I have worked the SFI opportunity since Day 1 - that we must know and must incorporate in our own strategies in building our own SFI business.
3. If you give some credence to my 2 statements above, then you should arrive, on your own, to the only realistic ANSWERS to the QUESTION above:
A. Work the numbers. Keep bringing in NEW PSAs. The bigger the size of your PSAs then the bigger the number of PSAs you get who will commit to SFI. REMEMBER, that some current active PSAs took a while before they see the Pot Of Gold for serious workers.
B. Prepare your best Welcome Email, using previously published SFI Sample Welcome Email

C. REMEMBER, try NOT to keep sending "nagging" emails to your PSAs/downline. A Welcome Email and weekly or bi-weekly follow-up emails should be enough. SHARE YOUR OWN EXCITEMENT AND POSITIVE EXPERIENCES IF ANY, LATEST EXCITING ALERT SFI NEWS, EXCITING ITEMS YOU SEE AT TRIPLECLICKS/SFIMG AND OCCASIONAL EXCITING FORUM POSTS AND ASK SC THREADS/ANSWERS.
D. REMEMBER,SFI send enough follow-up emails starting with its Welcome Email To All New Affiliates -- so be careful of "spamming" your PSAs.
