My first thought when I read this question is 'that's the wrong question'. It's not about getting your PSA's to commit to SFI. It's about YOU committing to SFI. It's not recommended to force your PSA's to commit, but you CAN show them how by doing it yourself.
There are many (most if not all) things in life that can only be learned. That's why having a 'learning attitude' is so important. If you can't learn you won't make it in SFI. That's why they advertise 'learn while you earn'.
Here's a link to a forum that helps a person understand a little more about duplication and learning. Learning how to teach yourself and helping your team learn what you did so they can have help over the obstacles you had so that they can maneuver around them while they learn how to maneuver around their own obstacles. Their is no possible way to eliminate ALL the obstacles. You do what you can for yourself, and than your team. The rest is for all of us to learn. That's called life. And it's OK. Some things are best left alone. Just like Dr. Suess's story about the Truffula trees in the story about the Lorax.
