To get your new PSAs committed to SFI, you must be a living proof. For new PSAs you are their role model. Whatever you have achieved, they will also want to achieve knowing it is achievable because they see it from you. That is why it is said that we must lead by example.
SFI is providing us badges, so that people can see what you have achieved. When your new PSAs get into your Leadership Page. They can see what/which achievement you have made and they will tell themselves that they also want to achieve that. That will put fuel in them.
Sending messages, support and other things will add from that. Your achievement will even make them want to read your messages.
