The simple things we should be doing;
1) Lead by example.
2) Open all your line of communication. Within and outside SFI.
3) Keep in touch with your teammates, treat them with due respect, deal with them with
honesty. Put them above your own self.
4) Once trust is established, there will activities in your group.
5) Extend your support around the clock, as affiliates are from different countries around the
globe.
6) Show your appreciation when your downlines has done something good, reward them the way you
can afford. Some may not be able to give monetary rewards, but somehow show to them that
you care. This is all about a team work. Congratulate them,
7) Share your sign-ups via team co-op.
8) Work with the workers. Do not ignore your CSAs.
With respect, trust and an open minded Leader, I am sure there will be a lot more we can do to ensure activities within a group or team.
