1. Proper communication: Without proper communication among your team, you will not be able to build a strong SFI business. You should maintain a platform where your whole group communicates with each other and all strategies their plan for the group.
2. Motivation factor: To motivate others, you need to become an idol or an example for your team. Understand, if you are a BTL and your AFFs are not performing well than you can motivate them by giving your example and by sharing your journey from AFF to BTL. As we all know that SFI is duplicating your upline. So to encourage others you need to stand forward as a leader, setting your success story for them.
3. Contest: Many times you can organize a contest for your group. So that they can boost up their work to achieve that goal or prize.
4. Stream post: Share a motivational and informational post in your stream posts so that all others can get inspiration and can tell their down line as you do.
5. Think like a leader: You always think like a leader and always be there to help others in your team. Just remember, No one likes their BOSS but they like their good LEADER and they also follow their leaders not their boss.
