If you get a EA2 or a Bronze Team Leader out of your group of CSAs coming in, let your team know. They need to know just how valuable CSAs can be, and the best way to get CSAs is by becoming a Team Leader. If you enrolled 25 new people this month, let your team know. Even better, if you have some people seriously working this business, reward them with PSAs or gift certificates.
Personally, I like the PSA approach. It worked with me when I joined the business, and it seems to work with my down line as well. One thing that does is it immediately internationalizes someone's business. Suddenly they have people in far away places they have never seen or visited. It opens their eyes to the possibility this business is. Eight days into the business, I was already a TL Bronze and had affiliates on six continents. Without my sponsor, none of that would have been possible.
