This will help you maintain those you have sponsored and keep them working their businesses. As a result, they will be highly active and be effective.

II. Methods and Tools for Booting Team Momentum
Use the available tools within SFI, especially the following:
A. SFI Co-op
An SFI Co-op is an excellent sponsoring method that allows you to pool up and share resources with your team members.
It is an excellent tool for team work.
B. Your SFI Affiliate Blog
As an SFI Affiliate, you have a blog built in your Affiliate Home page, your team members (both PSAs and CSAs) can access.
Use this blog to call your team members into action: (i) Scoring the fast tract, (ii) maintaining, EA2 status, and (iii) working towards Team Leader status as well as maintaining it.
C. Gift Certificate Distribution
Some of your members may not be able to afford the costs of the SFI Co-op. At the beginning, you can use Gift Certificates to help them and motivates them. These gift certificates will also help you directly because they will allow you to have more "Action Versa points" which are very beneficial in gaining Team Leader rank.
You can use Gift Certificates for promoting contest among your team members.
D. Team Members Contest.
You could set up a contest among your PSAs and CSAs every month to motivate them and reward them.
TCredits and Gift certificates are great rewards that will help your team members build their businesses. Their efforts will impact your bottom line as well.
