I say no, why? having in mind that your PSA is your Goldmine and the growth of your PSA determine also your growth, therefore you need to help your affiliate with whatever possible and legal means.
Having said this, I will say here that you have to help your affiliate to grow and not to be totally dependent on you, 'Teach him/her how to fish and not just giving him/her the Fish'
