Teach your PSA’s and CSA’s to fish, rather than giving them sushi to eat every day. What I mean by that is, don’t spoil them and make them lazy by doing their work for them.
Teach them the program, help them by showing them where to find the answers they seek and only give them something like TCredits, Gift Cards, etc if they deserved it by reaching a certain predetermined goal or milestone.
Work with your movers, without leaving the others on your team to far behind. Keep on teaching them through Team Mails and newsletters.
