Very good question. I try to send them a motivation, help, support or information mail once a week. I look at Movers Tab so that I can work with the workers by congratulating them or reasighning PSA to them. I look at Genealogy to see who is inactive to remind them to Login.I encourage them with my mails to read all the informations in SFI Page because we have all the same education here.I answer to their questions. More than that one can not do. We can only hope that as a Team we see the benefits of working hard to reach our Goals, we all have to work for ourselves.
