Hello David. Communication in business is such an important factor to consider. Whilst some people love live chat, others do not. Some love email, some do not. And so it goes on. There are just so many ways to communicate these days with all of the social networks, email, chat etc. selecting one avenue of communication to suit everyone is difficult.
Myself, I don’t like live chat to communicate with someone I don’t know or someone that is very new to my team. I might be encouraged to use live chat after a member has been in my team a while and we have “got to know one another” however before using it I would make an email request and ask them if they would like to communicate in this way.
I choose to communicate with my team with the PSA Mailer, CSA Mailer and Genealogy for the other Generations. I have a website with I upload hints and tips and list some of my own achievements and detail how I reached them. Having your own website is, in my opinion, a very important way of building your SFI business and a great communication tool.
I have found that people love to surf the internet and visiting a website where they can find out things about SFI is a great form of communication. You can have a page dedicated to messages which is a big help.
