There is a very fine line between "helping" and "spoon feeding". Allow me to explain: HELPING = when your affiliate ask questions as:" How do I this....or what can I do to...". Spoonfeeding is when they require from you how to earn each VP, and questions like: "How do SFI work" or even better: "why do I need VersaPoints"????
This "spoonfeeders" wil take up your time, and you may even get them to EA Rank for the first month, but they will disappear within 60 days after you "drilled" them step by step through their training.
Never ignore any questions, but if you ever get a "spoonfeeder", explain to them where to go into LAUNCHPAD and tell them that it is self-explinatiory. They will eather "get in the game", or you will never hear from them again.
That my dear, is my strategy. I will support and help all, but I will not run a "start-up" business for anyone but myself.
