Communication is the key to your success here in SFI. Proper and timely communication required between you and your PSAs/CSAs. Working as team, helping each other by communicating to your downlines or uplines. Anything bad, communicate it to your Upline Team Leaders and anything good/that make them feel good, communicate it to your downlines.
Among ways/avenues for you communicate are;
1. Phone if you are privileged to their contact number/mobile no.- direct and you can offer
your assistance personally.
2. SFI's IM Chat – check your genealogy to see their ‘gold’ bubble, to indicate that they are
online. Good for personal coaching.
3. SFI Team Mail – a once a week mail to be sent to PSAs/CSAs or both.
4. E-mail – you should be able to write to them if the e-mail address given is valid.
5. Google chat (G-Talk) or hangouts - direct communication and you are able to schedule
meetings.
6. Skype - good for tele-conferencing between team members.
7. SFI Stream Post - you can do it daily but 3 days recommended , in order not to spam.
8. SFI Forum – open participation by all affiliates, sharing and getting additional info are
plenty.
9. Social Media - Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, MySpace etc - line of
communication are wide open, for you to establish rapport, getting their trust and building
your team together.
Sponsors and Co-Sponsors may apply or adopt different way of communication in order to convey the message to his or her team. Again, how effective these communication are, entirely depends on how clear the message was, if well received by the receiver and if any action taken, as per message or instruction/advice sent.
