This is a great question. Personally, my answer would be YES, some leaders really go beyond "HELPING". But, measuring "too much" help would definitely depend on each affiliate's limits. Although, some would argue that the success of your down lines is also your success. For me, SFI has almost if not all the necessary tools and training any affiliate needs to run his SFI business, just need time to read. A leader should serve as a guide or mentor to new team members up to such a time that they fully understand the things they need to do. Remember, you are a leader and not a baby sitter.
