This is very good question, In my opinion the best way to communicate with your team is to directly mail to them and also send CSA mailer and PSA mailer and check their geneology. If they not reply to you go find them on Facebook, twitter, gmail, chat rooms and Skype. If you cummunicate them with Skype they definitely trust you and start their work.
