Hi Emma,the question of helping your PSA/CSA too much,just ponder on this word HELPING,as a member of SFI,as an affiliate,as a team leader we are in this to help people to duplicate what we do,by showing,supporting,motivating,helping,to assist them whenever they need or ask for such help,by sending support and encouraging team mail weekly through our genealogy page,so my dear,its never too much,see it as a plus,if your team ask you for help,this will show an eager interest from them to learn,we are here to help and assist them.keep up the good work,do hope this view helps you some.
