Affiliates who join SFI could be young or old of different vintages. When a CSA or PSA is assigned to a Sponsor or Co Sponsor, he or she does not know how far their chit chats, emails ,Team mails , e-cards, welcome letters etc:- will be acceptable to the relevant affiliate. So the Sponsor or Co Sponsor will try their very best to encourage and lift up the spirits of the affiliate. However his or her efforts could be negated if the receiver at the other end feels that they are not interested in all the advice given.
So helping affiliates TOO much does not arise as they have their own agendas and is thus a primary result for them becoming inactive. At SFI we only express to another without knowing who it is at the other end.
