Simply put the most effective method of communication with your team is to only have a team where every single member is on fire and 'pulling at the bit' type of action oriented people..
Which won't happen because it's too perfect but than too perfect is much too boring!!! Allow your team to take time to communicate with you. If they REALLY Want to they will find a way.
