There are several options available, some more preferable than others. If you like, Skype is one way. Watch for them in your movers list or genealogy, when little chat bubble is yellow, they are online, you can initiate a conversation more or less live that way.
One of the easiest will be through your leadership page, or Stream posts. These would be good for snippets of information for all your downline.
Use your movers list to send e-cards with helpful tips, or ask them why you haven't seen them online recently, are they having problems you can help with, etc. E-cards enable you to make individual contacts, talking to that specific affiliate. Use their email contacts for even more individual help when needed.
Team mails (to both PSAs and CSAs) reaches your entire group for general bolstering of morale, information they will all benefit from, etc.
Most important to remember is being consistent with your team mails and stream posts. You want your team to KNOW you have their best interests on your mind, and you want to share anything helpful with them.
Let them know you have an "open door" policy - they can contact you anytime for your help with their new business.
Don't bother them every day, but have something available for them to see within SFI that comes from you whenever they go seeking.
