Genealogy is the best way to communicate with your team at a beginner level. It is free in SFI to use to send to all of your affiliates all the way down to what you can be paid for.
After you can afford it I highly recommend you to start a co-op for your team. S-Builder is great to help yourself, but your own co-op can extend to reaches of advertisement that S-Builder doesn't reach. Someone in your team may have ideas that you can try if the majority agrees and pass or fail it is tried with a split in the expense.
