I believe there is such a thing as helping your affiliates too much. Your job as a team leader is to teach your affiliates the necessary skills to help them "fly on their own". SFI provides extremely comprehensive training that gives them the knowledge to learn what they need to know. Your job is to help them put it all together so that they can run their own business. If you are helping too much, you may be doing everything for them and not giving them the room to grow as a business owner. You are not doing yourself or your affiliates any favors by doing that. It causes stress on both sides.
With that said, you should definitely help, but know when to give your affiliates the room to grow and learn the skills that will help them earn an income to last them a lifetime!
