If you ask me the importance of communication, let me say like this, words are singularly the most powerful force available to humanity. We can choose to use this force constructively with words of encouragement, or destructively using words of despair. Words have energy and power with the ability to help, to heal, to hinder, to hurt, to harm, to humiliate and to humble.
In modern times, we communicate with others through various modes. Nevertheless, the most effective way of communication and it should be is still the one to one meeting and the personal interaction. During our hectic schedule and due to various other factors, it won’t be possible for us to be in personal touch with others always. If that is the case, we can rely on other methods of communication to have an effective interaction.
In SFI, our Team consists of Affiliates from all over the world and it is next to impossible to meet each and every one personally so we can rely on other possible ways to make it realistic and result oriented. I will narrate some of the effective ways through which we can attain the desired results and success for us and for our Team as well.
1) Once the concerned get enrolled in to your Team, you can inspire them to be in touch with you through constant and regular emails.
2) You can prompt your team to read your timely and weekly support messages and stream posts.
3) If your team members are active in popular social networking sites, you can take them as your friends so that they will feel more comfortable to be in touch with their Sponsor, i.e, YOU.
4) In certain inevitable cases, if you think, some of your team members need more of your attention toward their career growth in SFI, you can even allow them to be in touch with you through various Live Messengers.
I think, all the above can be experimented and I am sure, you will really feel the pleasant difference once you taste the success through these effective ways of communication.
Before I conclude, let me suggest one more thing. It is really important to communicate with your Team by using suitable, apt, polite and articulate words to guide and make them successful in the system without embarrassing or frustrating the lot. You can change your world by changing your words and remember, death and life are in the power of the tongue.
Communication is a skill that you can learn. It's like riding a bicycle or typing. If you're willing to work at it, you can rapidly improve the quality of every part of your life. Communication, the human connection is the key to personal and career success.
