Communication is the key to business success. I would say the most effective way is to have direct contact by phone or meetings with your front level PSAs and the rest through emails. Guiding your team regularly by sending mails will motivate them and the mail should be short and sweet.One more option is to give messages through your STREAM which will be seen by your team as they do their daily actions.
