Not at all. In fact I would say we don’t do it enough. Even if we do there is no such things helping to much in terms of equipped them with knowledge and give them the right tools to succeed.
I don’t mean you have to do what they suppose to do for them, If you do they will never
learn, and they will never know how to be independent except being dependent and not
having the confident to manage things by themselves and afraid to be a great leaders
but certainly you can help them as long as they need you and till they tell you no more,and ready to get out of your wings.
Believe it or not there were times and still is, I spend 2 to 3 hours helping
One person in a single visit, as my sponsor spent countless hours with me without
tired of me.
There is always new things to learn, life is a learning process, Discoveries, Ideas, Inventions and all other modern technologies flies faster than we can blink our eyes, faster than we can Keep up at them, so having all this to learn one always need someone’s help so don’t feel You are over doing it.
Ask them their progress, ask them time to time their confident level, ask them if they are ready to lead, ask them if they ready to take responsibility, If they do let them do it one step at a time, even then keep helping them and watch out for them, Advise them, correct them, all your effort should be to follow your foot steps to help their fellow affiliates as you did help them.
If you help them limitless , they will do the same, if you do little they will do that the Same as well.
