The most effective means of communicating with your team is to communicate with them on their level. If you are talking too much about the business you will lose your team. The reason is simple. They are new to internet marketing in most cases and they don't know you well enough to trust your recommendations. So communicate with your team like you would an person that you just met. Get to know them. Get to understand why they are in SFI. Find out what their dreams are and goals. Using email, phone, or skype, or Google Hangouts is not going to be productive if you just talk over their heads about the business. Use what method they make available to you and relax. Be yourself and speak candidly with them about anything. Always be available by being actively involved in assisting your team in anyway you can reasonably.
