Team Mailings on a weekly basis are effective. I send the same mailing to both PSAs and CSAs. I have no idea if the CSAs Sponsor is active, so I want them to benefit from my mailings of encouragement, or motivational suggestions. I do of course send separate correspondence to the CSAs and PSAs as well, such as subjects regarding Reassigns and emphasis on Team Leadership development.
Chat services are also useful to use at anytime.
I stress the importance of communication, but do suggest going through the SFI sources rather than personal email, which gives the Affiliate's SFI ID # so I do not have to search out that via an email reply. Since I receive a large amount of emails on a daily basis from various sources, I like to keep separate. Email I use for personal contacts or business, LinkedIn for groups I belong to, and SFI for Affiliates.
