Yes there is such a thing as helping affiliates too much.
SFI has a best training, to learn about the business and the best tools to run your business. If your affiliates are really doing their part, they won't need your help that much. Like me, I'm succeeding without a help of my sponsor and my co-sponsor.
Your affiliates must read and participate in the forum and Ask SC.
Your duty as a sponsor is to help them where they don't understand, encourage and to motivate them.
If you provide them with all the answers and/or giving them TCredits/vouchers/certificate to purchase from TripleClicks, you are over helping them. That won't build you a strong team. As soon as you stop, they will also quit.
