We can communicate with our team with all possible ways.
What I do is send them weekly mails, And most of my team members have restricted time for SFI,and for this I keep them updated with latest happenings with SFI and Triple clicks so that they dont miss any new changes with SFI.
I send individual mails based on their VP.I periodically check and keep them updated where they have missed if anything.
I send ecards for their daily draw winnings ,E365,Daily Crown etc...
And I add my skype id ,mail id and whats up number in all my communicate mails, and this works wonders for me.
Many of my members right round the world are in my whats up contact and they get immediate response from me if they need my guidance.
As an added advantage the non active PSA,CSA s too message me through whats up asking what is SFI and how to work with SFI and I have examples of active members.
For me, though we have plenty ways to communicate with our team, the most effective way is whatsup.
