Why separate either as a better goal? Like drawing from many playing cards that contain a few aces it takes several PSAs before you have those who want to work. Once you have them we know our job is to work with the workers. When you have your aces you will help them grow their team and teach them how to get started and develop those EAs. It is a numbers game.
You have to prepare yourself to be an effective sponsor. Lead by example and never expects others to do what you have not done. If you are somehow able to sponsor a great team of PSAs without sponsoring hundreds then by all means go for it. However you'll still want to grow your downline via Co-op participation and PSA reassignments. The key is to develop an effective strategy to reach your goal.
