1. We all are aware that out hundreds of PSAs sponsored by us,we will be lucky to get around 10 of them who would be active & appear in the ‘Movers’ list.
Your question can be answered considering two stages:-
A) Stage -1:-
This is the initial stage where you go about sponsoring through verbal,social media, SFI gateways,your own blogs,Prestige custom domain gateways,personal domains etc.
At this stage your goal should be to sponsor a maximum number of fresh PSAs.Out of the sponsored affiliates,once you get a reasonable number of active PSAs (say 5 to 10 of them) who are sincere and dedicated in logging in & carrying out the daily tasks and earning a minimum of 1500 VPs per month to reach the EA level,you can proceed to the next stage.
B) Stage-2.
Please remember that at this stage you have already have a minimum of 5 to 10 active, performing EAs. Now is the ideal time for counseling and training this limited number of performing PSAs in the art of duplication. You have to go all out “tooth & nail” bucking & encouraging these fellow affiliates of yours to sponsor more affiliates under their down line. These will in due time increase your earnings indirectly!
2. As many of us have experienced,these active ones known as ’movers’may decide to take a ‘nap’ all of a sudden even after sufficient motivation/encouragement from their respective sponsors.
3. As & when you arrive at this cross-road, you will have to re-switch to Stage-1 for recruiting more affiliates. Hence,it’s a question of recycling from one stage to another as the situation demands
Finally,to summarize, both of these goals are required but at different stages.
