Well my opinion is not to hurry at the first time..first of all you must learn this job very well..beacouse you will had to teach somebody tomorow..If you dont know this job good..some of them will go away...It is much better to sponzored smaller number for expl. 10 of them..and teach them good...that is the good way..I think..qoulity is better than quantity...
