The new member pack will not require much promotion on your part and does not change a basic rule of SFI.
You do not recruit free members and then suddenly tell them to buy something. There is no requirement that they buy any product, much less a specific product, and if you present it wrong you can get you and SFI both in legal troubles.
Instead you can casually mention in their first 10 days that the member still has time to become a Fast Track member and refer them to the page at http://sfimg.com/FT that will explain the Fast Track benefits and also the New Member Pack in a manner that conforms to the law and limits liability. Don't push them, don't sell them, just ask them if they have had a look at the Fast Track program or seen their special offer from SFI and TripleClicks then show them the page with the information.
Some will buy, most will not, because SFI members tend to join the free business because it's free to join and make money here and they didn't come here to buy anything. Personally referred TripleClicks members however are here to shop and play actions and will convert to more sales faster than SFI members becoming Fast Track members. NMP allows them to save money, earn rewards faster, and participate in the games without risk.
SFI will handle full promotion of the NMP to your PRM and PSA.
