My recommendation is that a get together should be as casual as possible. You may organize some activities that is related to marketing and promoting of SFI. For example, you may call all of your A2A members (or selectively)to give a short presentation on how to recruit people in SFI. This is way to exchange ideas so that it is beneficial to all members.
If you want to make your get together more structured and the activities to be more regular, you may propose to the group that a committee be selected for future activities probably at other locations among your A2A members. Thank you.
