Honestly your question just enlighten me and all the sponsors who are reassigning their affiliates. Based on my experience I received affiliates from my sponsor as rewards, while checking their records, I have seen more than 50 affiliates who were registered long time back but never get even one VP. After several follow ups, some of them became active. It is actually advisable to reassign the inactive affiliates to those active affiliates who have potential or skills to motivate individuals. It is proper to distinguish the ability and skills of our downlines because they are the big part of our success.
